EHDA is funding a pilot neighborhood beautification grant for Spring 2022. The neighborhood beautification grant is designed to provide seed (startup) money to an individual, a group of individuals or a neighborhood nonprofit organization to undertake a beautification project within the boundaries of the Evergreen Historic District. Neighborhood beautification grants must add to the neighborhood as a whole, rather than beautification of individual residential or commercial properties.
